If you want things to happen in your business…
Make them happen! Start actively creating your future!
Step 1: Create a plan!
We need to plan, if a painter wants to paint a picture, they have a plan, even if it is intuitive. They identify what they need and invest in the canvas, the paints, and the brushes. They start with an idea, a vision of what they’re going to paint and then plan out how they’re going to apply the paints, mix and layer them.
Creativity needs a plan to become reality.
Step 2: Work the plan!

Get out of your head, stop holding yourself back, instead focus on what you can do for the amazing high-quality clients who are waiting for you.
I get it, I’ve spent the last few weeks in my head! Mulling over and reworking my plan instead of executing it. Wanting to get it “right”, instead of putting it out there so I’m available for my next set of amazing clients.
A painter can’t create a piece of art if they’re not painting.
One thing I know for sure is when I’m stuck in my head and inaction, my business isn’t going to grow and I’m not available to help anyone.
AND, it is so much more fun to get into action and implement your plan, then be stuck. You start to create momentum, energy, and things start to flow. So, work the plan, trust the plan!
Step 3: Do it, Measure, Refine, and Repeat
Has this happened to you? You offer up what you think is best thing since sliced bread and you hear crickets. You didn’t get the results you wanted and then you throw in the towel and let it sit on the shelf.
It happened to me and I let it sit on the shelf for over a year. Eventually, I picked it up, dusted it off and asked myself, “Why didn’t it sell?”. Then I focused on fixing and tweaking the marketing and messaging, offered it again and it worked! I had an amazing group of women go through the program.
Don’t try it once and give up and move on to the next “shiny thing”. Commit and refine.
If you launch a new program/product and you don’t get the results you want, why didn’t it work? What do you need to change? Use your creativity to tweak the marketing and/or messaging and then offer it again and again, until you get the results you want.
Step 4: Step outside your comfort zone.
You’re brilliant at what you do because you’re perfect just the way you are! There are people waiting to buy from you.
Let’s face it, being an entrepreneur will stretch you and lead you into amazing new places…if you let it. Be courageous and curious, step outside your comfort zone and into what is truly possible for you.
Change your focus, change your energy. It’s not about you – It’s about being of service to your future clients and showing up for them.
No one can guarantee when you put something out (a post, a Live, a blog, or an offer) that anyone is going to see it and interact with it.
But I can guarantee if you don’t put it out, no one is going to see it!
Become comfortable with be uncomfortable.
Step 5: Enjoy the process
Be curious, and open to the journey and enjoy it. Be inspired by what is possible for you, your business and your clients.
Celebrate something every single day.
Ask yourself:
What do I need to do this week to make thing happen in business? Which steps will I focus on? How will I celebrate?
