Great job! I love meetup.com, I ask questions on my social media all of the time, I participate in social media all of the time (especially because it’s my business!). Can’t wait to see your next video.

Way to go, making it look fun and easy! And the content was great, too. I do look forward to engaging with my audience more, so your timing was great.

Great job, Heather! I particularly like the idea of asking questions to your audience on social media. Such as, “What would you like to learn from me?” or, “How would it feel if…”.

Cathy, thanks. It is a very useful way to engage with your following. A great example of this was Jeff Walker. He asked a simple question to his many followers “what would you like to ask me?”. As result he has been answering questions through video blogs for 4 or 5 months now and I’m sure he has many to go.

Congrats to your first Video Blogging. What method or tool did you use before putting it on YouTube?
Heather says
Gertraud – thank you, it was fun to do. I used a combination of PowerPoint and record it using Jing, a free application. I was having a hard time figuring out how to up load it from Jing to YouTube so I decide to try out Camtasia. I have a 30 day trial so I’ll see how it goes. I have used other applications for other videos so I testing the water so to speak.
