Accelerators 2 and 3: Client Generation
Now that you are tracking your traffic, how do turn traffic into clients? There are 2 Accelerators focused on client generation and they are Leads and Conversions.
Accelerator 2: Leads
How do you define a business lead? This is the point where someone turns from a “observer” (traffic) of your products and/or services and starts to learn/interact with your business. For a business owner it is very important to think about how you move someone from being “traffic” to a lead and what percentage of your traffic becomes leads.
Accelerator 3: Conversions
This is where the money is, your conversions – how many of your leads actually covert to sells. The majority of business owners know how many sales they’ve made but many do not track how many of their leads turned in sales, known as your conversion rate.
