THIS WEEK’S IGNITE YOUR MARKET CHALLENGE: ACTION! EAT A FROG A DAY!
“The most valuable tasks you can do each day are often the hardest and most complex. But the payoff and rewards for completing these tasks efficiently can be tremendous.” ― Brian Tracy, Eat That Frog!: 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time
“Frogs” are the task you are most likely to procrastinate on, usually because their importance is exactly what makes it intimidating.
This week’s Ignite Your Market Challenge is to take ACTION and take a bit out of your most important “Frog” each day. Focus on those “Frog” that will lead towards your goals and ultimately your business growth.
If you are looking to grow your business you need to identify the most important tasks and break them down into smaller doable tasks so that you can “Eat a Frog a Day” or at least “Take a Nibble out of a Frog each Day”.
Aim for at least an hour a day, use the Power Hour process to get the most out of your time.
And don’t forget: “If you have two frogs, eat the ugliest one first.” – Brian Tracy. In other words, if you have two important tasks before you, start with the biggest, hardest, and most important task first.
I know what my “frogs” are for this week, do you?

Eat the ugliest frog first. I like that.

I like it too, get it down. The Mark Twain quote that Brian Tracy shares is: “That if the first thing you do each morning is to eat a live frog, you can go through the day with the satisfaction of knowing that that is probably the worse things that is going to happen to you all day long.” Brain Tracy’s idea is that your “frog” is your biggest, most important task, the one you are most likely to procrastinate on if you don’t do something about it.
Enjoy trying it out and getting those frogs done!
