The Ignite Your Market Weekly Challenge’s goal is to create simple but powerful actions that you can do each week that will help you:
- Identify your market and opportunities.
- Connect with your client and prospects.
- Ignite your markets and your businesses
This Week’s Ignite Your Market Challenge: Establish Your Beginning and End of Week Rituals
How often do you step back from your day-to-day work to check in and see how things are going with your business? Is your work aligned with your goals? Have things changed? Is there something that needs attention that isn’t getting looked after?
Are you setting your week up for success by setting clear goals for the week? Are you managing your time in the best way?
Establishing a “beginning and end of the week” ritual is a great way to set your intentions and goals for the week and then checking in at the end of the week to see how you did. It helps you to acknowledge your accomplishments, learn from what happened and make any necessary changes. It is an effective way of quieting the noise so you can focus on what is really important for your business and yourself.
This isn’t time-consuming, it should only take 15 minutes to 30 minutes at the beginning and end of your week. Once you establish it as a habit you’ll be pleasantly surprised at what a difference it will make in your business.
It is important to schedule time in your calendar each week for these two important tasks. I do my beginning of week check-in first thing on Monday morning and close my week off on Friday afternoon.
This week’s Ignite Your Marketing Challenge is to “Establish Your Beginning, and End of Week Ritual” and schedule them in your calendar.
